All players pay a registration fee at on-boarding for membership. This is an annual fee to be renewed each calendar year. After registration players will be prompted to book an initial consultation. During the consultation MET staff will perform an evaluation to determine your customized package which is a monthly subscription cost. Our packages include the following: 

  • Consulting (guidance, support, and planning)
  • Marketing (branding, brand recognition, national exposure)
  • Mentoring (licensed counselor staffed, peer guidance, NFL advisors)
  • NIL Opportunities (aligning businesses and players)
  • NIL Representation (negotiations, payment coordination, and financial advising support staff)
  • Player Evaluation (development planning, training discounts, camp invites and referrals)
  • Player Management (tutoring, academic and social media monitoring)
  • Recruitment Acceleration (coaching evaluation, visibility, invites, relationship building)
