WNFC Championship Instant Classic

Attention football fans: the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) is where real excitement happens! If you love witnessing big hits, high-tempo offenses, and exceptional gameplay, you wonโ€™t want to miss next season. The Texas Elite Spartans and Washington Prodigy truly brought their A-game! Both teams showcased a perfect balance of offense and defense until the very end. The quality of coaching, player performances, and strategic plans reflected a professional caliber.
We were on the edge of our seats throughout the championship game! Bow Wow's halftime performance was the perfect complement to the thrilling atmosphere. After halftime, the Prodigy found a way to slow down the Spartans' offense while MVP Ashley Clark ignited their own. Destaine Yarborough of the Spartans earned the Overall MVP title, consistently bulldozing through defenders as she charged toward the end zone. It was impressive to see how no single player could take her down. Our standout players, Ashley McBay (Slot #20) for the Spartans and Jessica Johnson (Kicker #10) for the Prodigy, both delivered impressive performances, making us proud at MET. The trench players from both teams battled fiercely all game, but in the end, the Texas Elite Spartans triumphed with a score of 21-19 over the Washington Prodigy.ย
The breakfast and award ceremony on Sunday were just as noteworthy. A panel of accomplished and successful women delivered inspiring testimonies and invaluable advice. The overwhelming support and the numerous awards presented emphasized the league's commitment to valuing its players. The atmosphere was exhilarating, and Odessa Jenkins, the Founder and CEO, along with her team, genuinely deserves a round of applause for their outstanding work. Donโ€™t miss out next season; join us in supporting this extraordinary league!
